FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Ellis County. Any session outside of Ellis County will be prone to a travel fee starting at $30. Please note that travel fees are not included in the packages.
Do you require deposits? What if I need to reschedule?
A $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to book your session. No refunds will be returned for cancelled sessions. Your inquired date will continue to be available until deposit is made. You may reschedule7-10 days before your session if absolutely neccessary ( I understand life happens). Please have rescheduled date ready (will be granted upon availability).
Do you offer studio session?
I do offer studio sessions upon availability. Please inquire 4-6 weeks in advance in order to reserve the studio. For studio sessions, a nonrefundable studio fee will be required as the deposit. Rescheduling and cancellations will be followed upon studio's policy. Please note that the studio fee is not calculated into any packages.
Do you offer mini sessions?
Yes, I do! These are not advertised on my website as they are seasonal. Please follow my social media accounts to be up to date on the upcoming mini sessions. Facebook and Instagram @ Isela Mariana PRN Photography.
Do you offer weddings?
Yes, I do! I offer engagements, bridals and wedding! Please contact me if you are interested so I can chat with you and send you my wedding packages!
When will we get our photos?
You will receive a sneak peek through my social media accounts within 72 hours of your session. Your gallery will be delivered electronically in 2-3 weeks. Please book accordingly based on the turn around time.
How long do I have to download my gallery?
All galleries are sent out electronically to the email address(es) provided by you. Please make sure to download your images within the first 90 days. After 90 days your gallery will no longer be available to access or be able to be replaced. Please download your images within allotted time.
